Types of development aid:
Technical Aid
Economic assistance takes the form of providing finance or capital. Technical aid on the other hand consists in providing expertise and training to bridge technological gaps in certain sectors of an economy.
Conditional Aid
Conditional aid policy is self-enforcing if, at any point in time, the conditions imposed on aid funds are supportable by the threat of a permanent aid cutoff from then onward.
